All services listed below are performed every six months. This is the optimal time period for maintenance on an RV in Southern California. Some clients choose to have this service done quarterly.
Initial Service Appointment is $300
Every six months after that the Service Appointment is $250

Remove and check shroud for damage and cracking, clean the coils, wash and straighten fins, inspect all interior parts of the unit, check motor. If able to access inside of RV, we will clean and inspect the interior filter. Up to TWO roof units.
Inspect the roof for any damage to the membrane, holes or gaps in the sealant, soft spots, vents/skylight/fan seal condition, and ALL POSSIBLE AREAS OF WATER INTRUSION. Minor, temporary sealant patches included. Major roof work not available.
Don't let your slide-out seals crack! This allows for dirt and water to enter your RV. Make sure all seals are conditioned correctly. Must have access to RV slide controls and power for this service.
Drain, flush and clean the hot water heater. Replace drain plug and/or anode if necessary. Must have access to fresh water for this service. Extra fee for replacing drain plug or anode.

Life Safety Inspection includes:
We will test for shorts in your electrical system that could cause issues with your RV and possible electrical shocks to passengers, especially when entering or exiting the RV. Must have access to shore power for this service.
Pressurize the LP system and check for leaks. This is very important to keep all travelers SAFE! Must have access to kitchen burners or propane quick connect.

Fire Extinguisher Evaluation
All work is done based on a point in time inspection. We will gauge the condition and wear of the inspection point at the time of inspection. No repair work is done at this time, only maintenance work.
For complete maintenance there must be available power, fresh water and safe access to the roof.

Thinking about purchasing an RV? All RV’s should be inspected by a Licensed (NRVIA) 3rd party inspector--even brand new ones. The dealership PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) is not comprehensive.
